ceremony information In order to best plan your wedding and to allow you the opportune time for your wedding ceremony, the Hyatt Regency Westlake in Thousand Oaks has an array of start times available to accommodate your perfect event. Our Garden Gazebo is a lovely venue, set within a beautiful landscaped garden with cascading waterfalls. With the beautiful Southern California weather, you can hold the ceremony or outdoor reception in this picturesque spot. Times available: 10:00am, 2:00pm, 5:00pm Ceremony fee: $1,500.00 Include white garden lawn chairs, one wireless microphone and speaker system with a mixer and cables and fruit infused water station. Client must provide music selection and iPod or DJ to plug into the system. confirmation of space and deposits Once you decide this is the perfect place for your wedding, an initial non-refundable deposit of 20% of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.

guest accommodations A room block can easily be set up for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Westlake in Thousand Oaks. Check-in time is 4:00pm and checkout time is 12 noon. If you would like to set up a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.
