LEGAL REQUIREMENTSThe following list of legal requirements are needed only for legal marriage. The Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort Wedding Coordinator must receive the following documents to begin the application for marriage in the Civil Registry Office.

Bride and groom are required to arrive to Los Cabos at least two week days before the wedding day. Witnesses are only required to be present on the day of the wedding. Symbolic and non-legal ceremonies allow flexibility for arrival date. Please speak with the wedding coordinator to discuss requirements.

The Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort Wedding Coordinator must receive the following scanned documents via e-mail to be able to begin the application for marriage in the Civil Registry Office:

- Bride and Groom’s birth certificates

- Bride and Groom’s IDs (driver’s license or passport)

- Tourist card (this is given to you upon entry to Mexico)

- If bride or groom are divorced, the final divorce decree is needed

- Witnesses IDs

• Blood test must be taken in Mexico. To be considered valid, the test cannot be taken more than 14 days prior to the ceremony.
