And thank you for considering Jubri’s Hideaway for your wedding day.

The Hideaway is a boutique country style venue that is perfect for smaller weddings.

Located 10 minutes from Dalby and 2.5 hours from Brisbane, the grounds are

private, secluded and exclusively yours for the day.

The Hideaway also offers accommodation for ten, in our three bedroom

guesthouse and two luxury studio cabins. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Our aim is for you to have a relaxed, fun and stress free wedding day.

The Hideaway is an informal, intimate venue, perfect for smaller weddings.

We’re a flexible venue, allowing you to choose every aspect of your day to suit

your style and budget.

BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY

VISIT US

We’d love you to visit the Hideaway (by

appointment) to gain inspiration, take photos

and show friends and family.

ITEM DROP OFF

We’ll store your decorations and other items

prior to the day.

CEREMONY REHEARSAL

A ceremony rehearsal can be arranged for

the morning of your wedding, or the Monday

to Wednesday prior, subject to availability.

WEDDING PLANNER

We recommend Emily Beutel Weddings and

Events. Emily and her team are experienced,

can assist with every aspect and are available

as your personal assistant on the day.

CEREMONY LOCATION

The Hideaway boasts four options for your

ceremony, including an indoors back up

should the weather be inclement.

RECEPTION MENU

You can choose your own caterer to create

the perfect reception within your budget.

ITEM PACK UP

Afterwards you don’t need to do a thing but

enjoy your time as a newly married couple.

We’ll pack up, clean up and store

decorations, personal items and gifts for later

collection.

ACCOMMODATION INCLUDED

Every wedding at the Hideaway includes two

nights accommodation and hamper breakfast

for six in our three bedroom Guesthouse. A

further two luxury studio cabins are available

at additional cost.

GETTING READY

Many of our brides choose to have their

entourage stay in the Guesthouse the

evening prior to the big day, so they can start

the day together.

VENDOR ASSISTANCE

We provide space for your hairdressers, make

up artists, videographer and photographer to

set up, keep their equipment and charge up.

We have four stunning outdoor ceremony locations and an array of gorgeous photo opportunities.

The Balinese Garden is an ideal choice

for a dramatic bridal entrance.

A variety of seating and shade

arrangements can be made for guests to

wait in suspense for the bridal entourage

to enter through the magnificent

Balinese doors and make their way down

the aisle.

A celebratory drink in the Balinese

Garden prior to heading to the reception

is a popular choice.

Separated from the reception spaces,

guests enjoy exploring on the short walk

from the Balinese Garden to the

reception space.

The Water Garden is a popular choice for warmer months as the pool and fountain provide a

relaxed and cooling feel.

which can be combined to tables of 10, 14

or 18.

• Sound system, AV screen and microphone

• Controlled air temperature indoors

The Shed is perfect for an indoors, sit down or cocktail style reception It has a contemporary

country character that can be styled formally or casually.

Please note that whilst acoustic and light recorded music is welcome, we are

unable to host bands and DJs with amplified music.

The Shed flows seamlessly to the outdoor Courtyard which has an array of photo

options to capture your guests enjoying the day.

ACCOMMODATION IN THE GUESTHOUSE

A wedding booked at the Hideaway includes two nights exclusive stay in the Guesthouse for up

to six people. Staying overnight the evening prior allows the bride and her entourage to relax

and get ready. The Guesthouse is located on site and accessible all day, no driving is required!

Three bedrooms – two queen and a twin

Two living areas

Large bathroom, fully accessible

Fully equipped kitchen for self catering

Country hamper breakfast provided for six people

Check out 10am. Additional nights may be booked at $450 per night subject to availability.

THE HIDEAWAY CABINS

Two self contained luxury studio cabins are available for family and friends to book.

Each sleeps 2-4 people in a Queen bed and sofa bed.

$200 per cabin per night for 2-4 people which includes a hamper breakfast.

PRICING

FRIDAY and SATURDAY

$3,950

We will hold your preferred date for 7 days, after which a a $1,000

non refundable deposit to confirm your wedding date is charged.

We recommend wedding insurance to protect you against unforeseen circumstances.

Our full terms and conditions of hire are available upon request.

Key Inclusions:

• A range of ceremony locations.

• Indoor and outdoor reception options, including

all clean up.

• Accommodation in the Guesthouse for two nights

for six people, including hamper breakfast.
