Our goal when working with our clients is to make the process of planning a wedding, an organized, simplified and stress- free process, yet comfortable and inviting for you and your guests. We have some of the best connections with leading vendors in the Greater Houston Wedding Market and we take pride when it comes to choosing your wedding. Along with intensive research, you will receive information in a way that is easy and helpful when making the final vendor selections.

• Development and Management of budget• Provide Monthly Check-In /List• Venue Proposal Request• Recommendation and research of quality

industry professionals• Appointments with chosen or prospective

industry professionals.• These meetings could include, but not

limited to, your reception site, ceremony site, Gown Designer, photographer, Videog-rapher, Florist, Caterer, Entertainment and Baker.

• Monthly task list reminders.• Track and coordinate vendor payments and

payment due dates with monthly updates.• Provide direction and guidance for wedding

stationary and etiquette.• Discuss hotel accommodation options for

out of town guests.• Review all signed contracts to assist in final-

izing the details, negotiate prices and resolve any questions prior to executing contracts.

• Provide etiquette advice and coaching throughout the planning process.

• Act as a liaison between bride and groom and the vendors to resolve questions throughout the planning process.
