FULL DAY PACKAGE £38.95 PER HEAD Let us take care of your wedding day catering with our full day package. From guest arrival, to drunken dad danc- ing, we’ve got you covered! This includes your choice of wedding breakfast, either Pieminister, or the feasting table, both of which are accompanied by canapes and desserts and all other details listed in the headings below. This will be followed by an evening buffet of our very own Jones’ pizzas along with two delicious handmade sides. The following discounts can be applied; Children under are 12 charged at £15.50, Evening only guests are charged at £9.95. PIEMINISTER WEDDING BREAKFAST £30.95 PER HEAD We have teamed up with the multi award winning pie and mash company, Pieminister, to offer you the ultimate in unique, festival style wedding catering of the upmost quality. Pieminister are renowned pie makers, who share our ethical values by sourcing traceable, organic, free range meat along with delicious vegan and gluten free options. The four course wedding breakfast, begins with handmade canapes whilst your guests are having their welcome drinks. Each table will receive a sharing starter board, perfect for setting that relaxed, friendly atmosphere. This will be followed by a Pieminister pie & mash main meal and then a selection of beautiful, locally handmade desserts. The main meal can be offered in table or buffet service. Children under 12 are charged at £15.50. FEASTING TABLE WEDDING BREAKFAST £30.95 PER HEAD If you are looking for a more informal, relaxed vibe for your wedding day, without compromising on style, then the feasting table is the perfect option for you. Using our amazing local and Italian, free range suppliers, we will create a stunning platter fit for a King & Queen (or Bride & Groom!). This package begins with handmade canapes whilst guests are having their welcome drinks. Followed by the feasting table where guests will be able to help themselves in a buffet style. The table will be adorned with ample local welsh cheeses, free range charcuterie, antipasti, dips, locally sourced artisan breads, crackers, seasonal fruit and nuts. We will dress the table in accordance with your colour scheme, which will include flowers, greenery, signage and plenty of herbs. This will be followed by a desserts table where we will arrange cake stands of beautiful locally made desserts. Children under 12 are charged at £15.50. EVENING JONES’ PIZZA CO. BUFFET £11.95 PER HEAD We are an established company specialising in high quality Neapolitan style pizza. We’ve been perfecting our pizzas for over six years and are passionate about the quality of our product. We combine authentic ingredients from around Naples such as Caputo flour and San Marzano tomatoes and only use high welfare, Welsh meat from Trealy Farm, Monmouthshire & Rhug Estate, Denbighshire. Most dietary requirements can also be met. Our vintage Rice horse trailer ‘March Gwyn’ (White Stallion) has been beautifully converted and houses a traditional wood fired oven. The evening buffet includes a selection of four pizzas, along with two delicious handmade sides. The pizzas will be served in a buffet style for around 1.5 hours. Any unused pizzas are boxed up for guests to take home with them. We provide all wooden cutlery, disposable plates, condiments, table decorations and tables for serving the buffet on.
