Heo there!Megan Wright Design Co. is a stationery boutique and design studio
offering beautifully styled paper goods with a focus on wedding
invitation design, stationery and personalized gifts. Our invitations
feature bold type treatment and gorgeous color palettes paired with
fresh patterns, luxurious paper and ornate accents for a timelessly
elegant design. We have a passion for paper with unexpected
details, a little whimsy and a touch of vintage charm.
We are a Kentucky based studio but are thrilled to work with clients
around the globe. We believe in happy endings and celebrating those
life-changing moments in style. Our mission is to create original
paper keepsakes that tell a story with passion and purpose.
We value the relationships we form with each and every client and
our goal is to walk them seamlessly through the design process step
by step, from start to completion. Our hope is not just in a pretty
piece of paper though. It’s our desire that at the end of the day they
walk away with SO much joy…and a fabulous invitation of course..

�e Design ProcessWhat amazed me about Megan was her ability to make our wedding invitations
uniquely ours in every way possible. She took the time to get to know me, my wedding
theme and concept, even my dress and then considered each of those elements when
designing my custom invitations. She always made me feel comfortable and did a great
job of listening to what I liked, while also offering suggestions and guidance. My
wedding invitations have become one of my favorite pieces of our wedding and that is
because Megan made the experience as perfect as the product.

consultation / let’s chat
The invitation design process begins with a conversation. We’ll talk, email, Skype or meet for coffee. We can sit down and look at color
swatches or brainstorm ideas that inspire you. Each bride is unique and your wedding invitations should be as well. I’ll create a custom
quote based on your invitation needs and printing budget. Come ready with as much information as possible: dates, times, addresses,
sample wording and any specifics that you will need included on your invitation suite.
Custom designs should begin at a minimum of 4 months before your wedding date, but it’s never too early to start the invitation design
process. We recommend getting in touch with us at least 6 to 8 months prior to your big day to secure a spot on our design calendar.
Invitation designs from our wedding collection require less time. Expect 1 to 2 weeks of design time and 3 to 6 weeks for printing and
shipping depending on your print method. Save-the-Dates should be mailed 6 to 8 months before your wedding, so contact us 4 weeks
before mailing date to get started. Wedding invitations should be mailed 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding date. We like to allow 2 to 3
weeks for calligraphy and assembly so final designs must be approved 1 month before mailing for flat printing and 2 months before
mailing for letterpress printing. We’ll start on Day-Of paper goods 1 to 2 months before the wedding.
timeline / how long will it take?
After a conversation with you, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to start the design process. We accept both check and credit card
for payment options. The cost of invitations will be based on either our Custom or Collection Pricing Guides.
getting started
Based on the complexity of the project, initial designs will be presented in one to two weeks. You’ll receive an email with a digital proof
of your invitation. Up to three rounds of revisions are complimentary. Each additional proof is $50 each. Please note that requested
revisions are typically turned around within 3 to 4 business days. Please keep in mind that your timely feedback on all designs is required
to meet shipping dates. A delay in your response could also delay the delivery of your paper goods.
the design
You will receive a final proof for approval in your inbox. It is very important that you proofread, as we cannot be responsible for errors
once your invitations have gone into production. Once your invitations are perfect, you will receive an invoice for final payment that is
due before printing begins.
approval
Once your payment is complete, your order will go into production. As soon as your order has been sent to print, you can no longer make
edits to the design. Expect 3 to 6 weeks for production and shipping from final payment date. Production time depends on the printing
method used and current demand.

Flat printing, also called digital, allows limitless colors and textures and is friendly on the budget. Our house papers for flat printing
include our super thick eggshell stock available in Ultra White and Soft White, the luxurious Brilliant White Savoy cotton stock as well as
a shimmery pearl metallic stock.

Premium letterpress or foil printing / paper options
The always-luxurious letterpress method adds deep impressions and ink colors to paper, bringing it to life. Foil stamping produces a
shiny metallic look that is gorgeous and classic. Invitations and cards are printed on thick and textured 100% cotton Crane Lettra paper,
available in white and pearl white. Our colored house stocks include our blush and navy hues.

delivery
cancellation
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping
rates are calculated based on your order size and added to the
final invoice.
payment & taxes
Accepted forms of payment include check, PayPal, and all
major credit cards. 6% is added to all orders shipped within the
state of Kentucky
copyright usage
The rights granted to Client, by Megan Wright Design Co, are for
the usage of the final design in its original form only. Client may
not modify the final design without specific approval from
designer.
design inspiration
Client is encouraged to provide inspirational images or
material to aid the design process. However, Megan Wright
Design Co. will not engage in a project if asked to directly copy
the work of another designer.
Orders can be canceled at any time prior to final approval. Deposits are for design services and cannot be refunded. After the final invoice
has been paid and design approved, orders can no longer be canceled for any reason. Due to the custom nature of invitation design, we
are unable to accept returns on printed items.
Megan Wright Design Co. is not responsible for the cost associated with re-printing and shipping due to the client-approved errors.
However, if an error occurs on our end, we will take immediate actions to remedy the situation in a timely manner. Megan Wright Design
Co. is not responsible for paper goods damaged or lost en-route.
artwork rights
Custom monograms and artwork remain property of Megan Wright Design Co. and can only be requested for items not available through
us such as lighting, cakes, metal engraving, or fabric monogramming. In this case, we will work directly with the vendor to provide
necessary files. Custom monograms can be purchased after the wedding date for $150 in which a high-resolution file will be submitted
for personal use. Artwork may not be used for resale.
