To rent wedding or party supplies:• Call or come by the Vaughn-Blumberg Center.• A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to

reserve selected wedding or party supply items.• A refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the

time of rental; however, will be returned when rentedsupply items are returned in good condition.

Payment for wedding or party rentals:• The remaining balance and $100.00 refundable

deposit is due upon pick-up or delivery of rentedsupply items.

• Rental payment may be paid by cash or check only.

Pick up of wedding or party supplies:• Wedding and party supplies may be picked up by the

renter at the Vaughn-Blumberg Center no later than12:00 noon the day before the event.

• Plant rentals must be transported in a closed vehicle.

Damaged wedding or party supplies:• Rented supplies are the responsibility of the renter.

Supplies returned damaged will be charged tothe renter based on the replacement cost of thesupply item(s).

Returning wedding or party supplies:• Wedding or party supplies may be picked up the day

before the event by 12:00 noon and must be returnedthe day after the event by 10:00am (or Monday ifpicked up on Friday).

• Please let us know if you need to rent wedding orparty supplies longer than 48 hours.

• Renters will be charged a $25.00 late fee for allsupplies not returned by the designated time.
