Partnership Guidelines

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

All orders must be placed using the Invitation Consultants Partner Portal. If you are unable to use the portal, you may submit your order by fax or email. There is a $8 net charge for submitting your order by fax or email and this charge includes a complimentary proof. Please fax your order to 813.879.4478, or email it to [email protected]. We do not accept orders over the phone. The Invitation Consultants Partner Portal provides an instant proof. There is an $8 net charge for additional proofs. There is a $15 net charge for submitting your order by fax or email and this charge includes a complimentary proof. A proof is sent within 1-2 business days via email. Additional proofs are $8 net (regardless of how many parts there are to the order).

Orders will normally ship within 2-4 business days once your proof approval is received. Rush orders in which the proof approval is received prior to the 1:00 p.m. EST cut-off time, will print and ship the following business day, unless the item requires assembly. The rush fee is a $25 net charge. The rush fee applies only to ‘in-house’ processing, and will not affect the shipping method you indicate on the order form. Rush fees may increase during busy periods of printing to $50 net. If you fax or email your order, each item must be ordered on a separate order form. Invitations and return address may be combined on one order form. Respond cards and respond card return address may be combined on one order form. We will ship each order separately unless otherwise stated on the order form.

All orders submitted through the Invitation Consultants Partner Portal will be printed as shown on the instant proof. Do not use abbreviations or punctuation that you do not want on the order. When faxing, be careful not to write in the margins as it will not come through on the fax. Clearly print all copy on the fax exactly as you wish it to appear, underlining what you want in capital letters. If capitals are not underlined, we will use our best judgement. An order may be canceled at any time before it has been printed. If an order has been entered in the system or an initial proof has been sent for the order, the cancellation fee is $10 net. If additional proofs have been ordered, the Partner will be charged for the cancellation fee in addition to the $8 net additional proof fee. An order may not be canceled after a proof has been approved or an order has been printed. We reserve the right to have Invitation Consultants products removed from any website or store at any time and for any reason.

We ship orders via UPS - including Ground, 3-day, 2-Day & Overnight. Occasionally, we will use USPS. If you want the order DROP-SHIPPED (at no extra charge), please indicate the drop-ship information on the order form. UPS has 10 full business days to deliver ground packages, despite what their estimated delivery time is. Please allow 10 full business days for ground delivery. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship orders internationally. Partners are billed UPS or USPS rates for shipping. We cannot bill Partner shipping accounts.

Invoices and receipts are NOT included in the box the order is shipped in. You will receive receipts via email.

When an error on an order is our mistake, we will re-do the order at no charge and ship it out no later than the following business day. (Envelopes will not be included, unless they were part of the error.) Claims must be made within 10 business days of receiving the order. Please DO NOT DISCARD the original order, as we may issue a UPS call-tag to collect the error. If we are unable to call-tag the original order, no refund can be issued. Customer or Partner errors are the responsibility of the Partner. For customer or Partner errors, please resubmit the order with any corrections, including changes to the drop-ship address, proof requested, shipping, etc. Each order will receive 3 extra pieces (excluding labels, luggage tags, and gifts). These pieces are to be used in the event of a printing imperfection or shortage.

Reorders are billed as new orders.

Samples are sent non-personalized and without envelopes and are $2 net each.

Some envelopes may require extra postage. Size, weight, shape and enhancements may affect postal fees. If you are unsure about the required postage, contact your local Post Office before mailing. We cannot be responsible for returned items due to insufficient postage.

Changes may be made to an order and only sent via email. If an order has been entered into the system and a proof has been sent, please make these changes on the proof approval. If a proof has not be sent, please email your changes. Due to our quick production schedule, a change may not be made after a proof has been approved.

The following customizing options are available for a fee of $20 net: Minimal change to the design elements (larger design edits will incur extra charges), Photo editing, and Logo printing. Please send all logo files as vector artwork (.EPS files), or high resolution PDFs. Very often design color changes may be made when ordering through the Partner Portal at no additional fee. If a color change is requested other than what is online, the $20 net fee would apply.
