we will help you through the whole process right from your initial enquiry. Our wedding co-ordinator will take you through every step and will be on hand to offer advice, guidance and support, so that you can relax and enjoy your day.

You can expect us to help you choose your wedding menu, created by our award winning chefs, plus any other dining and beverage requirements, such as canapés and evening buffets.

When you meet with us we are happy to discuss all aspects of your arrangements from overnight accommodation, advice on flowers, photography, transport, entertainment, table decorations and place cards, the running order and a professional toast master if required.

after the ceremony your wedding party will enjoy the Terrace Bar for celebratory drinks and an opportunity for photos around the stunning grounds.

Even if you choose not to have your ceremony at the hotel we can greet you on arrival from the church and prepare a drinks reception.

indigo, our award winning restaurant, can

accommodate 120 guests for your wedding reception.

For something intimate we can make Indigos restaurant available for a private meal.

transform our restaurant to suit your wedding party. The room is licensed for wedding ceremonies and can accommodate 80 people, with more room for guests on a standing basis.

Food, wine, speeches and toasts...

we have a number of function menus to choose which have a variety of price structures. These include starters such as chicken livers and smoked salmon and main courses like fillet of beef and slow cooked rump of lamb, desserts of lemon tart and crème brulee.

Meet with us to discuss the menu which suits you and your guests. We can of course cater for vegetarians and gluten free diets.

We have a selection to suit everyone, however do let us know if you have any special requirements. We are happy to help you assemble your own menu with dishes of your choice, including children’s menus.

Ask about our drinks packages. These selections make it easy for you to enjoy your beverages with your meal and Champagne for the toast.

it’s party time! You and your guests can enjoy live music or a disco. We can help with these arrangements, or you can choose your own band or DJ.

Keep your guests satisfied with our freshly prepared selection of food.

During the planning stages we will help you choose what you would like to serve. From a cold selection such as soy marinated salmon, tuna tataki, shaved ham and roast chicken wraps, to hot dishes such as pulled pork croquette, grilled chicken satay and gambas served with chorizo hash.

we offer a complimentary overnight stay for the wedding couple.

Our Sea View Balcony rooms located in the newer wing of the hotel have wonderful uninterrupted views over the swimming pool towards St Aubin’s Harbour.

Alternatively, you may stay in one of the 19 elegant rooms located in the main house of the hotel.

The bride and groom can enjoy a complimentary overnight stay and breakfast.

We also offer special rates to family and friends.

how much will my wedding cost?

The cost of your wedding will depend on the package you choose, these start at approximately £70 per person.

do our guests get a discount if they want to stay?

Yes, we offer 10% off the rate we are selling at the time.

do you have room for parking?

Yes, we have 2 car parks available.

can we have a dj?

We can book our resident DJ or you can organise your own. However the music needs to finish at midnight and the bar closes at 00.30.

can we decorate the room?

You have access to decorate the room if you wish from 10.30am on the day of your wedding.
