Our homemade cuisine, prepared by top professionals using only the best ingredients and Original supervised by our Chef, Marc Fosh (winner in Mallorca and London of a Michelin Star), make our service a guaranteed success, as can be vouched for by the hundreds of couples who trusted in our services for their special day. We offer advice and accompany you at all times, to make sure that every detail is to your liking.

We offer Mediterranean cuisine with a modern and innovative touch, carefully created and presented by our chefs every day. Our dishes can be customized according to your needs and taste.

We only use top quality, fresh ingredients to prepare our dishes and we do this on location so that the freshly cooked food is served at the tables as soon as possible. We firmly believe that top quality products and excellentservice, are the key to a successful catering event.

Therefore, we train our own team of waiters and chefs so they can offer the best service at your event. We work with young, dynamic, well-mannered andmotivated staff, who only have your best interests at heart. They have the experience of having provided numerous caterings for weddings and events and will always serve you with a smile, like the true professionals they are.

Another aspect, just as important as the food and service, is the preparation and decoration for the wedding celebration. We work with top florists and suppliers of chairs, decor and table linen so that you will always have a wide range to choose from, both regarding style as well as colours. It doesn’t matter if you are looking for something classic or modern, we are sure you will find what you like. You will also have a person working upon the co-ordination so everything runs smoothly, from the waiter service, to the careful presentation of the dishes.

With a surcharge starting from €2.00: a “duo dessert” of your choice, or “Men and Women” or create your own dessert. With a surcharge starting from €6.00: a dessert buffet with a minimum of 4 varieties.

Freshly-cut ham serviceJAMÓN IBÉRICO DE BELLOTA D.O. GUIJUELO (Ham from Iberian acorn-fed pigs)

Our ham comes from Iberian pigs who roam freely during the fattening period, feeding on acorns and natural pastures. Only the best pieces are selected, thereby guaranteeing a top quality product.

We include the services of a professional ham cutter and an 8 to 9 Kg ham, which is sufficient for around 80 – 100 guests. We also provide the ham table, cutting cloth, trays and serving plates.

We also have the following options available:• Croutons, quelitas, (a traditional Mallorcan salted biscuit), our own crystal bread with tomato and other cold cuts, served at the ham table.

• Serve freshly cut ham direct from the kitchen on trays. In this case, the ham can be ordered by weight in the event that a whole ham would not be necessary. Please consult our staff for prices.

Classic CocktailsSTRAWBERRY CAIPIROSKA A pleasant Brazilian mixture, blending a vodka base with lime, sugar and crushed strawberries.

MOJITOWho hasn’t heard of this one? Imported from Cuba, it blends together white rum, sugar, lime, mint and soda water.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEAThis refreshing recipe comes directly from the USA and blends together rum, vodka, gin, Triple Sec and Coca-Cola. Be careful!... it isn’t iced tea!

Frozen CocktailsFRUIT DAIQUIRI Choose your favourite seasonal fruit and we will add sugar, lime, white rum and crushed ice to the blender, to make a creamy frozen cocktail.

STRAWBERRY DAWNFresh strawberries and coconut milk are blended with a gin base to make a fresh, smooth, creamy cocktail full of flavour to delight your taste buds.

Special CocktailsGINGER COOLERAn interesting and refreshing combination of cava and ginger sugar, topped with a dash of ginger beer.

CAIPIFRUTAChoose your favourite seasonal fruit and we will add sugar, lime, vodka and crushed ice to refresh your evening.

CUCUMBER MARTINIThis is a perfect cocktail to add glamour to your party. Vodka, cucumber, lime and sugar are its tasty ingredients.

Our cocktails are also available alcohol-free.

We can personalize your celebration with your favourite choice of cocktails or with others created by our specialists, so please feel free to ask us for further information.

ASSEMBLY Equipment Rentals included

Our assemblies include: White Chiavari chairs or similar, round tables seating 10 people, bistro tables (1 for every 15/20 people), white table linen (or coloured upon request and availability), illuminated bar in the dance area, bar in the aperitif area, white porcelain base plates, and white serviettes.

Other combinations are possible, so please consult with our staff.

MENU TASTINGMenu tasting is free if booking of the event is confirmed. For events of up to 80 guests, 2 people are allowed to taste free of charge, 4 people for events of between 80 – 150 guests, and 6 people for events of over 150 guests. The tasting menu costs €45.00 per person (VAT included). The tasting includes the recommended house wines. Any other wines opened will be charged separately.

We regret that we cannot offer tastings on Friday or Saturday evenings or all day Sunday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Under no circumstances can we be held liable for bad weather conditions. If it is necessary to put up a marquee, we cannot cover the cost involved. Neither can we cover the costs of a generator if needed for the elaboration of the chosen menu.

• Confirmation of the final number of diners must be notified (possibly by email) at least 10 days in advance of the event. If not, we will invoice the number as figures on the last invoice issued.

• Bank transfers must at least make reference to the date and place of the event, with a clear indication of who the client is (e.g. names of the bride and groom).

• In general, the amount of canapés per guest during the aperitif is one of each type of canapé.

• The duration of our menu services (unless otherwise specified) is one hour for the aperitif, between two and two and a half hours for the 3-course banquet, and four hours for the open bar. We offer a continuous, uninterrupted service. Out of courtesy, we allow an extra half an hour of time for the speeches and receiving of gifts, etc., but in the event that this is not sufficient, additional service time will accrue and will subsequently be invoiced.

• We offer top quality service: 1 waiter per 10 guests. Our staff have worked with us for many years and are trustworthy, well-mannered, and pleasant. They are young people with languages and they always wear a uniform (white shirt, black trousers and black apron).

• Our budgets are always based upon a minimum number of guests, as specified in each budget. If the number of guests falls below the minimum, a price revision will be necessary.

• Our prices do not include 10% IVA.

CONDICIONES DE CONTRATACIÓN

• Transport costs are based upon various factors (distance, access, volume and weight, routes, tolls, etc.), and can only be calculated once members of staff have visited the venue.

• Menus for children and personnel: these cost €50.00 and include, apart from food, utensils, furniture, drinks and the service.

1st PAYMENT upon confirmation25% of the total budget for the reservation.€2,000 € + 10% VAT (when the date of the event is still more than 6 months away)

2nd PAYMENT 6 months before the eventThe difference between 25% of the total budget and the €2,000 + 10% VAT deposit, if 25% of the budget was not initially paid.

3rd PAYMENT 45 days before the event50% of the total budget.

4th AND FINAL PAYMENT 10 days prior to the date of the event

Cancellation Policy: the right to a refund of 50% of the pre-payment is recognized only when the cancellation request is communicated by email at least six months in advance.
