Term 3 Week 8 (7September – 11 September) Dear parents & caregivers Parking woes again! Parents who do the right thing are becoming increasingly frustrated with parents who do not obey the “Drop off /Pick up” zone requirements. This is strictly a pick up zone or drop off zone – you cannot park your car, leave it and go into the school to pick up your child nor wait for a long period of time until your child comes out to your car. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE STAFF CAR PARK IS NOT AN ACCESS PATH. DO NOT WALK IN THROUGH THE STAFF CAR PARK. IF YOU ARE LATE IN THE MORNING, YOU CANNOT WALK IN THROUGH THIS GATE. YOU NEED TO WAIT AT THE FRONT GATES AND RING FOR THE OFFICE STAFF TO SIGHT YOUR CHILD. REMINDER - NON ESSENTIAL ADULTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. THIS IS TO ENSURE THE HEALTH & SAFETY OF ALL. Enrolment for 2021 We have started forming classes based on numbers we have for Kinder 2021. If you know of any children who are eligible to enrol for Kinder 2021, please phone the school office. The Out Of Area panel will hold one more meeting to discuss and process any children who wish to enrol but live out of area. If you have siblings at the school but you now live out of area you need to complete the Out of Area Forms for the panel to process. Many parents have asked about Kinder Orientation. We are not sure at this stage as to what we are allowed to do, but we will ensure your children will be catered for – maybe just in a different way this year. BIRTHDAY CAKES Unfortunately we are not able to have any birthday cakes of any sort or sweets even if they are individually wrapped. I understand that your child may be upset about this but it is worse when they bring cakes etc in to school and can’t share them and have to take the goodies back home. PIANO We have a piano in the AV room that we wish to get rid of. It is quite heavy and needs a few people to maneuver it. For a small donation (up to $50), please let us know if you would like to take it home. The catch is that you will have to organise to get it out of the room and into your ute, truck etc. CROSS COUNTRY We are holding the Cross Country this Thursday. This is totally in school and sadly no parents are allowed to be at this event. You would have received a note about the sausage sizzle being run on the same day. Ordering has now closed and no more orders will be taken. PHOTO DAY All classes were photographed yesterday. We had some parents who had forgotten to order and pay. Remember you can still go online and pay up until 17 September. Mrs Karen Masciocchi (Principal)

Term 3 Week 8 (7September – 11 September)

Dear parents & caregivers

Parking woes again!

PIANO We have a piano in the AV room that we wish to get rid of. It is quite heavy and needs a few people to maneuver it. For a small donation (up to $50), please let us know if you would like to take it home. The catch is that you will have to organise to get it out of the room and into your ute, truck etc.
