initial team briefing - review Life Saving Rules - site risk review focusing on critical risks and controls

- site walkover - review consent - check plant and supplies - review close approach permit

- mark out job - complete digging & excavating permit requirements - start on pits A&B

- monitor controls

Tuesday 1st March

daily team briefing including reviewing yesterdays work - risk review and controls update

- check plant - complete pits A&B and do quality checks - continually monitor controls

Thursday 3rd March

same as above plus - complete pits C&D and do quality checks - close permits

Wednesday 2nd March

same as above plus - start pits C&D - continually monitor controls

Install four pits in four days

Pass all quality checks and note any variations (council to inspect prior to back fill)

Monitor consent conditions (full copy in the crew hut)

Control all discharges - wet cement - concrete dust and slurry - noise

No subcontractors expected - concrete mixed on site
