The successful tenderer shall have to enter into an agreement with APMC Parimpora before taking over of gates and deposit1st installment of 50% of bid amount offered and 2nd installment shall be deposited by way of payees account cheque or thoughbank gurarrantee payable after six months of Ist installment.
