“Devote Yourselves To Prayer” (Col. 4.2)Pray for our Church Family:•For Youth Group who will attended Bay Area Youth Rally and are coming back today. •Last weekend, Giovanni Delisma had a serious asthma attack. Please keep entire family in your prayers and Bobbie was requesting that it be included in Sunday’s announcements.•Ashley Hartz, Joe Fernandez’ friend’s daughter was in car accident and has several broken bones. The family is asking for prayers during multiple surgeries and a successful recovery.•Jennifer Stewart underwent some tests, and preliminary results indicate a slightly enlarged liver. Also, her father, David Graf has been diagnosed with macular degeneration, and is receiving shots in the eye.•Jorge Acebo’s co-worker Yvonne Bell has stage 2 breast cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. Pray for healing and strength for her and her family. •This is a prayer request from one of JoAnne Plumlee’s WBS students- “JoAnne dear. I have lived all my life here in Nigeria and I am a grown adult, an advocate for the good news. You all should please assist us in praying to GOD against this brutal killing of Christians at the northern side of Nigeria. If they don’t burn them alive, they use cutters that is not that sharp, so that they could die slowly with much pain. I ACTUALLY WATCHED SOME CLIPS THAT I COULDN’T STOP CRYING. And I couldn’t stop asking if GOD of Israel is still with us to intervene on our behalf and fight this battle once and for all. Thanks and GOD bless you all...ngozichukwu”

• We are pleased to announce the visit of our Youth Minister Candidate! Sam Wilson will be here the weekend of April 15-17 to meet the youth group and congregation. Sam is an exceptional young man and the Search Committee feels he will be a tremendous blessing to our youth and congregation. Sam will be present at our Sunday assemblies on April 17, but his time will be limited. If you would like to spend some time with him, you are invited to an informal cook-out at Charles and Carolyn Ramsey’s house on Saturday April 16 from 5-8.30pm. There will be a time for questions and answers at 7.30pm. Please contact Alphonso Thomas (7896.461.8388), Carolyn Ramsey (305.299.7207), or David Capiro (305.338.7738) for food arrangements.

• We are also pleased to announce that we have two summer youth interns confirmed! We will have more details about their arrival dates, but right now we are looking for housing. We need families that are willing to house each of the interns (female and male). If you are interested or have questions about what this would involve, please contact Jim Holway (786.314.6365) or David Capiro (305.338.7738).
