What emotions do you think the man is experiencing?

Who is the man on the platform?

Is he a normal boy or does he have certain powers?

Here is an example...

It all happened so quickly! One minute he was standing on the platform, the next he was hurtling through the air, hanging on for dear life…

The boy went from feeling rather petrified to suddenly having a huge smile spread across his face. He was starting to enjoy himself as the train sped along the tracks leaving the quiet station in the distance.

His Dad was very worried as the train became smaller and smaller almost looking like a toy. He was very annoyed that his silly son had grabbed on to the train and had left him standing their all on his own.

The boy held on to the train tightly making sure he didn’t fall off. His hand clasped his camera in his fist making sure that it and the magic coin, wrapped in foil in his pocket, did not fall onto the rusty tracks. His whole body was tense and his face was boiling hot. He could not believe his incredible strength.

Suddenly the train stopped with a screech as the driver spotted the boy in his mirror. The boy’s hand slipped and he fell on to the tracks. He landed with a thud and blacked out. When he woke up his Dad was standing by his side with a worried look on his face. The boy quickly checked his pocket but the coin had disappeared! Where had it gone?
