What is Foundation Program?Foundation Program (FP) is a structured study program designed to support you in takingyour practice of Buddha's teachings to a deeper level. It was designed by Ven. GesheKelsang Gyatso as one of the three study programs in the New Kadampa Tradition ofBuddhism.
What will I learn?We are currently studying the book Eight Steps to Happiness: The Buddhist Way ofLoving-Kindness, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, and are still quite close to the beginning ~ aperfect time to join! Classes focus on meditation, study, and discussion of the topics in thebook.
When and where does the class meet?Every Wednesday, 7-9:30pm, on an ongoing basis, at the Unitarian-UniversalistCongregation of Miami, 7701 SW 76th Ave, Miami, FL 33143
