INTRODUCTION

FLOOR SHIPPERS

This quarter you will see new floor shippers from multiple departments that will be displayed in both the checklane and throughout the rest of the store. In total, there will be 12 shipper programs setting for Q1 in 12 locations. These shippers have been given a location ID based on where they should be displayed. • Poo Pourri is the only shipper double exposed in the store. The second location will live in CHE35 and will not be noted on the map since this

map is just for shipper programs outside of checklane. • E-Cloth will be tested in 100 stores for Q1, so be aware that only select stores will see this program.

Transition Q4 Shippers products to their inline locations:• Checklane Shippers: Command, Duracell, Merkury Lights & Tech, The NCC Electrical, Poo Pourri, JR Watkins Handsoap, – Can all move back

inline with “like” product.• Scotch Tape & Merchsource Barware can move to the transition zone within Checklane (CHE07-CHE10)• The Carcal Cleaning Shipper can move back to Home Org - ORG40• The Carpet Tile Shipper can move back to Rugs - RUG01• The Kitchen Mat Shipper can move back to Rugs - RUG03
