PRINCIPLE OF OPERATIONThe RDS Weighlog 200 measures hydraulic pressure at a certain position on the lifting cycle either ‘Dynamic’ (as the load is being lifted), or ‘Static’ (where the load is lifted to a preset reference position, where it is held until a reading is calculated).
The RDS Weighlog 200 is intended for use on Industrial and Agricultural loading shovels, front-end loaders, tipping trailers and tipping lorries. There are five individual display channels available. These can be calibrated for up to five different loader attachments, or be used to record quantities of five different commodities or ingredients.
Each channel will display the net trailer weight lifted any time. If required the weight can be added to the total for the channel in use and will also be added to the TOTAL channel, which accumulates weight from all of the five channels. A text print out of loads and total summary is possible.
