• Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Steam the asparagus until almost fully cooked then stop the cooking by rinsing the hot asparagus until cold in cold running water.

2. Separately sauté the garlic in olive oil. Next, brush the asparagus with the garlic and oil.

3. Season to taste with salt and pepper then wrap 4 spears of asparagus with a slice of Prosciutto. Repeat with the remaining asparagus.
