Creepy Clown Terrorizes Town

The town of Northampton, England has a new resident- a really scary clown. The clown, dressed as theclown Pennywise, a character from the horror filmIt, has been seen standing alone on nearly empty

streets. The clown is holding balloons and a teddy bear, and waves to people. The citizens of

Northampton are afraid of the clown, and have asked the police to investigate. There are even rumorsthat the clown has been knocking on doors in the middle of the night.

ut the clown says he has done nothing wrong. !n a facebook page called Spot the Northampton

Clown, the clown writes that people like to be scared, so he is only giving them what they want. "ealso says he doesn#t knock on doors.

The police, meanwhile, say they have made no clown arrests.

To make the situation even stranger, another resident of Northampton, who calls himself The $lown$atcher, is dressing up like %uperman and trying to catch the clown. No word yet if he has been

successful.

Big Changes in Arizona Prison

reporter said the soy looked like pieces of wood, and some of the carrots were brown. *The carrots

highways, where tech-minded drivers can pull over and safely send a te3t message.5overnor $uomo went on to e3plain that the te3t-stops were needed to make the roads safer. "e said

te3ting causes even more accidents than drunk driving, and that the new te3t-stops were created to put a

stop to te3ting while driving.

ut not all the news was good for those drivers who cannot keep their eyes on the road. The governoralso announced that fines for te3ting while driving would be raised much higher, and that those caught

would have five points deducted from their driving license.
