• The Governor has requested that Counties who have been on the County Monitoring List for 3 consecutive days will be required to shut down the following industries unless they can be modified to operate outside or by pick-up. The closures will apply for a minimum of three weeks and are subject to an extension based on epidemiologic indicators. • Indoor Dine-in Restaurants• Indoor Wineries and tasting rooms• Indoor Movie theaters• Indoor Family entertainment centers• Indoor Zoos and museums• Indoor Cardrooms• Bars must close all operations even if they are

operating outdoors.

• **Due to high demand, all 3 Optum Serve Testing sites are currently booked.

• Upcoming Testing Event • Tentatively planning another testing event for the Hmong

community in August.

• Fresno County is currently exceeding goal of 1500 tests per day. Currently averaging 1,700 tests per day.

• Labs processing COVID 19 tests have hit full capacity. May experience delay in receiving results. Results are taking on average 5 – 7 days. The State has asked labs to prioritize high risk groups such as frontline staff and vulnerable populations.
