Dear Tenants...I can’t believe we’re on the final stretch of 2016. The upcoming weeks will soon consist of holiday decorations, holiday parties, holiday baking, and, of course, holiday shopping, all of which can lead to holiday stress.

One way to alleviate this stress is to start your shopping right here at 100 North Tampa. Whether shopping for a family member, friend, or co-worker, we’ll have something for everyone. For the book lover in your life, we have the Book Fair coming to our lobby on November 8th and 9th. I’ve also scheduled several vendors in the conference room who will offer everything from jewelry to chair massages to tote bags and leggings.

Don’t forget I have discounted tickets to Straz Center shows, including: An American in Paris, Something Rotten, Finding Neverland, The Little Mermaid, and Motown. The Straz Center tickets are easy on your budget, too. You can pay half when you purchase and then pay the remaining balance 30 days prior to the show.

Not sure what to give someone? How about movie tickets for AMC or Carmike theatres, even gift cards for Gateway Newsstand and Charlie’s Shoeshine! I can help you with any of these items.

So take a break and shop where you work. It’s a great way to relieve some of the holiday stress and cross a few items off your shopping list.

Academy. HFAA provides weekly music lessons to students of all ages from several degreed, experienced faculty members. Piano, flute, harp, violin, brass, and woodwinds are a few of the classes offered. We are quite excited to see these children perform and hope you enjoy their performance.

FOSTER ANGEL TREENovember 28th-December 16th.This very special tree will soon be located next to the concierge’s desk and will be decorated with paper angels. Each Angel represents a child in need and one gift can really make a difference in a child’s life. We invite you to choose an angel, buy a gift, wrap it and place it under the tree for collection and distribution by volunteers and guardians of these deserving kids. Final day for gift collection is December 16th, so shop early. We hope you are able to choose an angel off the tree and help a needy child have a gift to cherish.
