GEARING UPFOR SPRING!Even though we have had some cold temperatures lately, we are getting ready for the upcoming Spring season here at The Reserve.

It seems there is always something to plan, clean or build. One latest amenity will be the new Tennis Courts which are scheduled to be completed by the end of February.

We are also planning the membership calendar for the Spring & Summer months. Some of the member activities will include:

Welcome Center-We moved into our beautiful new Welcome Center featuring sales, membership services and our corporate offices.

Summary of Sales-We have now sold 29 home sites and 8 villas and the marina is over 60% occupied.
