Benefits to students• Students receive credits from both WA and CCAC –
building their WA and CCAC/College transcripts• CCAC credits are accepted by most college/universities• Students are registered CCAC students, with full
advantage of CCAC campus resources including free tutoring, access to Math Café and Writing Labs• Each CCAC course is at most $113 (as low as $28.25 a
credit!) versus $452 plus fees (for a 4 credit class)•WA will pay 50-100% of cost for students choosing to
enroll in the corresponding certificate program (students must maintain a 2.8 GPA and a minimum of 90% attendance)

• September 10, October 15, and January 7 – Any money due to the district will be collected by the teacher and submitted to Ms. McClelland or sent to the school, attention Ms. McClelland
• Late September – Placement tests will be offered for any student interested in earning credit in Honors Algebra II or AP English Language

DUAL ENROLLMENT PROCESS
To get started on securing a brighter future for yourself through our dual enrollment program follow these
steps:
1. Have a parent or legal guardian sign the CCAC Dual Enrollment Parent and High School
Authorization form sent to you via email.
2. Have your high school guidance counselor sign the CCAC Dual Enrollment Parent and High School
Authorization form sent to you via email.
3. Request a copy of your high school transcript be sent to CCAC (unofficial is acceptable).
4. Schedule your placement testing – this is required if you are taking a math or English course or a
course which has a math, English or reading pre-requisite. Please see www.ccac.edu/placement-tests
for additional information and preparation guidance. Use the Events page on your account to schedule
a date, time and location that is convenient for you.
5. Schedule an appointment to meet with an Academic Advisor by visiting
webapps.ccac.edu/AppointmentCentral to discuss your academic history, your future plans and
develop a schedule of classes.
6. CCAC offers many convenient options for students to pay their tuition. See www.ccac.edu/payment
for a comprehensive view of our payment options, payment due dates and billing information.
