2012 French Ministry of Ecology Decree on mandatory reporting of substances with nanoparticulate status Intentionally manufactured, containing particles in size range 1-100 nm in an unbound state, or as aggregate or agglomerate Includes mixtures containing unbound particles Printing inks previously considered out of scope However, definition revised unbound means not covalently bonded: inks in scope (pigment content) Mandatory reporting required
