Welcome Welcome to the Tails Up Agility Club. Our club was formed in 2003 to bring NADAC agility to the Tidewater area. We host three NADAC trials each year, in February, April, and November. Our members also compete in AKC, CPE, UKC, and USDAA agility venues. Many of our members also participate in other dog activities, such as herding, rally, obedience, dock diving, and making certified therapy dog visits. Formed in 1993, the North American Dog Agility Council (NADAC) sanctions agility trials sponsored by affiliated clubs. The purpose of a NADAC agility trial is to demonstrate the ability of a dog and its handler to work as a smoothly functioning team. MissionThe Tails Up Agility Club promotes safe and fun dog agility for young and not so young men and women. We gather dog handlers together to socialize and share knowledge at meetings, seminars and events. Furthermore, we improve our handler-dog teamwork through “fun time” training sessions and three NADAC trials each year. We welcome handlers of all ages and dogs of any breed, including mixes.
