VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO HELP DECORATE THE CHURCH ! We need men and women to help put up the trees in the Church. This will take place on Monday, December 19th, beginning at 10 AM.
Christmas Poinsettias: Please get your order and payment in by this Wednesday, December 21st. There are forms in the vestibule and Parish Hall. Give your form and check to either Suzanne or Therese. Checks need to be made out to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Advent Reconciliation Service: There will be a Reconciliation Service here at St. Charles Borromeo on Monday, December 19th, beginning at 6:30 PM. There will be 3 priests hearing confessions. Please make plans to attend.
Faith Formation: There will be no Faith Formation classes on December 21st and December 28th. Classes will resume January 4th.
CHRISTMAS WEEKEND MASS SCHEDULE: Saturday, December 24th: Choir Concert 6:30 PM, followed by Christmas Eve Mass (no 5 PM Mass!) Sunday, December 25th: Christmas Day Mass at 9 AM
Church Offertory Envelopes: If you have not picked up your 2017 envelopes, please do so today. They are in the vestibule of the Church.
2017 Church Calendars: Calendars for 2017 are now available in the vestibule. Please take only 1 per family. Thank you to our anonymous donor who pays for them each year!
Mass Intentions for 2017: The Book of Mass Intentions 2017 is now open. You may request Masses for dates throughout 2017. Please remember that there is only one intention per Mass. So if you have special dates you want scheduled, it’s a good idea to do so as soon as possible. You may schedule Masses by seeing Therese during regu-lar Office Hours, or by filling in a Mass Intention Envelope. They are available in the vestibule.
Sanctity of Life Conference for Teens: The Diocese of Tyler invites all teens to a special day dedicated to the Sanctity of Life on Saturday, January 7th, 2017. It will be held at the Cathedral Center of the Cathedral of the Immac-ulate Conception in Tyler, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. You can RSVP at www.dioceseoftyler.org/youth.
