‘Out and Up’ is a company based on Team-building and promoting Team-building skills and exercises for young adults roughly aged 17-23. The company has a small plot of Woodland with an Activity Centre which also includes an Assault course and a Café.

Our café is one of the finest around and offers a wide variety of foods and meals. We also are known for our spectacular coffee. If you join our programme Out and Up the breakfast, lunch, and dinner absolutely free. But Anyone is welcome to stop by our prices are still very admiral.
