January 25, 2015RUMMAGE SALE GraceKids and GraceYouth are preparing for their annual fund-raising rummage sale scheduled for January 31st from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Contact the church office at (501) 329-6056 if you have items to be delivered or picked up. All money raised will help offset the cost of ministry, camps, retreats, and missions during the year.

VALENTINE’S BANQUETThe GraceYouth will be hosting their Annual Valentine’s Banquet fundraiser Sunday, February 8th from 5:00pm - 7:30pm. Tickets are being sold in the lobby outside of the sanctuary. We hope everyone will come out and join us for a very entertaining evening of food, fellowship, and fun! If you are interested in providing a goody basket, service, or other items to aid in the silent auction during this event, please contact David Sutton in the church office. Proceeds will help our youth attend upcoming mission camps & retreats. Thanks for all you do to support the GraceYouth!

UNITED METHODIST MEN’S CHILI LUNCHThe UMM will be hosting a Chili Lunch Sunday, February 1st from 11:00 - 1:00pm. This annual event is a fund-raiser to fund their missions and events throughout the year. We hope to see everyone there!

WOMEN’S RETREATNeed some more breathing room? Carrying the theme of Sabbath from A Day to Breathe, we will be hosting a Women’s Retreat February 20 – 22 at Mount Eagle Retreat Center, located just past Clinton, AR. This retreat is open to all women and will begin on Friday at 6:00pm, gathering for dinner and fellowship and ending on Sunday at 10:30am after a time of worship. Cost is $55 and includes 2 nights’ stay, food and cleaning fees (Scholarships available.) SUPER BOWL GET-2-GETHERGraceYouth are planning a watch party for the upcoming Super Bowl between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots! Everyone is invited to join the fun February 1st beginning at 5:00pm and ending after the game. Admission for the event is one non-perishable item per person to help those in need. This will be a great time to get together and enjoy each other’s company and of course a little friendly competition! Snacks and drinks will be provided during the game. CHILDREN’S OPPORTUNITIES [11:00am]In addition to our nursery care, during the 11:00am Worship service we have Kingdom Kids Worship for children ages kindergarten through third grade. The children begin the hour in worship with their families then join in for Children’s Time. Afterward they will go with their leaders to the children’s wing to sing and learn how even they can impact their community and world through missions.

CHILDREN’S OPPORTUNITIES [9:00am/10:00am]Children are always welcome in the worship services at Grace, and we love to hear them join us in worship! We offer nursery care for children ages 6 weeks through preschool during the 9:00am Worship service and the following Sunday School hour. The sign-in area is on your right as you enter the children’s wing from the lobby.
