Team Skills - Attacking1. Control the widthMove out wide to open the

attacking width and draw defenders out from the goal.

2. Control the depthCreate depth in the attack by

not pushing forward as a straight line (diamond best).3. Mobility off the ball

Keep moving when off the ball to gain the best position. “Pass and go” a critical skill.4. Penetration

Team Skills - Defending1. Control the depthControl the oppositions space

and freedom by pushing up. Stay close to your midfielders.
