11 January 2011Launch of 2011 EU-China Year of Youth Youth representatives from the EU and China will be involved
in exchanges and discussions on issues including volunteering, mobility, culture and creativity. The aim is also to develop
ideas for joint youth projects, which could be supported through the EU's Youth in Action programme.
Further events will be held throughout 2011.

policies, known as the European Semester. This is a new aspect of European economic governance.
