Accessing the Harley-Davidson Exchange Service Portal
Exchange Service Portal User’s Guide.
This guide will assist with accessing and navigating the
website for ordering and tracking replacement radios and associated HARMAN products for
Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The site is supported by CTDI, a global leader in engineering,
remanufacturing and logistics serving the automotive and communications industries.
The site is powered by CTDI’s proprietary ETOS application (Electronic Tracking and Ordering
System). CTDI will also be handling all the In-warranty and Out-of-warranty product exchanges
and perform the remanufacturing process.
