Mucky Mondays
It is really important that children have adequate clothing. If the weather is warm the children still need long sleeves tops and trousers.
When the weather is wet the children need to have waterproof clothing.
Mucky Mondays can only run if we have enough adults. If you can offer some free time for this or other EYFS activities talk to one of the team?
PlannersPlanners have been adapted from feedback.
Your child’s planner is expected to be in school every day.

Assessment
• Observe children’s learning
• Plan next steps
• Share next steps at termly consultations
• At the end of the year you will get a summary of the 17 Early Learning Goals
EYFS PROFILEThe EYFS Profile is broken down into 17 Early Learning Goals (ELG)
Your child will be given an achievement level for each of these.
• Expected: your child is working at the level expected for his age
• Emerging: your child is working below the expected level
• Exceeding: your child is working above the expected level
On leaving the Foundation Stage, a child is considered to have a ‘good level of development’ if they have achieved at least the expected level in the Early Learning Goals in all aspects of PSE, Physical development, Communication and language, Literacy and Mathematics.
