Brief introduction about the organization

➢ My Home Industries Private Limited - Vizag Grinding Unit (MHIPL-VGU) has the capacity to produce 2.0 MTPA (Million Tons per Annum) of cement.

It is located at Mulakalapalli Village, Yellamanchili Mandal in Visakhapatnam District, A.P.

➢ MHIPL-VGU is one of the fastest growing cement industry in India, under the efficient leadership of our beloved Chairman Dr. J.Rameshwar Rao.

➢ MHIPL-VGU has joint venture with M/s CRH, Ireland, the international leader in Cement and building materials.

➢ MHIPL-VGU is committed to maintain the Best HSE practices throughout the manufacturing process at all stages of process.

➢ Implemented Integrated Management System since 2011.

HSE Review at VGU

➢ At MHIPL-VGU Safety review is one of the top most activities of the management.➢ It will be carried out at various levels , on Daily/ Monthly/ Quarterly & Yearly basis.

❖ Daily : During production meetings site safety conditions will be reviewed, Induction Training to new joiners & Safety trainings conducted to Staff.

❖ Monthly : During Monthly Safety Committee meetings, progress will be reviewed.

❖ Quarterly : During Quarterly Review meeting, all the MHIPL group plants will participate and review the status, Safety conditions of the plant will be reviewed by Top management.

❖ Yearly : At the end of the year, plant safety performance will be prepared & submitted to top management.

Conducting Safety Pledge every Monday in General shift and all three shifts Involving all staff & workmen by highlighting previous week’s safety performance & observations.
