WELCOME, TITANS! Terra State Community College is committed to providing an excellent education for every student in an environment that maintains the health, safety, and well-being of our entire campus community. any College policy, rule, or regulation published in hard copy, posted on campus or available

electronically on the College's website”.

To adhere to COVID-19 policies and protocol, students must:

Wear face masks inside all buildings — unless they are inside their private residence hall room, office, or other enclosed space where they are alone.

Wear face masks outdoors whenever they cannot maintain at least six feet of distance from others.

Practice healthy hygiene including handwashing. Additional stations with hand sanitizer are located throughout campus.

Utilize the sanitizer and disinfectant provided in each classroom to clean their class stations and dining areas before and after use.

Leave classroom chairs and furnishings as arranged. SYMPTOM MONITORING Currently, COVID-19 symptoms include one or more of the following:

Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Chills, or a fever of 100.4° F (37.5° C) or higher Congestion or runny nose Muscle or body aches New loss of taste or smell Sore throat Fatigue Headache Nausea or vomiting Diarrhea

Students are asked to follow these protocols each day:

Students must monitor themselves daily using a digital self-screening symptom app, such as the CDC's self-screening symptom tool. Should a student experience a possible COVID-19 infection, the screening tool will advise them to self-isolate until they consult with a medical provider — such as a local Urgent Care facility or their primary care provider. As with any illness, students who are ill will be encouraged to seek appropriate medical care through their primary medical provider. If a student needs to be isolated or quarantined, we will ask them to return to their permanent home until it is safe to return to campus. If a student has extenuating circumstances that prevent them from leaving the College, arrangements will be made for them to isolate or quarantine in Fremont, Ohio.
