Aim.

The main aim of this club are to educate children about their immediate

environment and impart knowledge about the eco-systems.

Their inter-dependence and their need for survival, through visits and

demonstrations and to mobilise youngsters by instilling in them the spirit of

scientific inquiry into environmental problems and involving them in the

efforts of environmental preservation.

The members of eco club believing that students should be associated to

increase environmental awareness and to protect the environmental

integrity of our campus (Dr. K.N. Modi University) do adopt the following

constitution.

Environment club plays an important role in creating environmental

awareness amongst the future generation.

environment and its allied problems.

Promote ethos of conservation of water by minimizing use of water.

Educate students to create awareness amongst public, so as to stop the

indiscriminate burning of waste which causes air pollution & respiratory

diseases.

Build attitude to help the students to acquire set of values and feeling of

concern for the environment.

Sensitize the students to minimize the use of plastic bags.

Organize tree plantation programmes, awareness programmes such as quiz,

essay, painting competition, collage competition, and nukkad natak etc.
