Wow! 2011 is here… a brand new year! We begin a new sermon series this morning – Missional Life. Missional means “sent.” Every Christian instinctively knows that Christ has called us to live out a “sent” life. I pray that this teaching gives us tools and a language to live a Missional Life. And I am praying that Bethany’s mission im-pacts Puyallup and South Hill for the gospel.

x Water Offering Report Thank you to the many people who participated in our Advent Conspiracy Christmas Clean Water Offering. It was a moving experience to watch throngs of people come forward during our Christmas Eve services to
present their gifts. Our offering totaled $49,338.76 and included gifts of many sizes. These gifts will enable us
to fund clean water projects that will help two people groups. The health of the Fulani people of Cameroon, Africa and the Karen people who live in Thailand and
Burma will be greatly impacted by your generosity.

Jr. High - Beginning January 5th, Junior High youth group (6th-8th grade) will be meeting Wednesday nights from 6:30-8pm.

Celebrate Recovery - meets each Wednesday night at 7pm in the Serving Room next to the kitchen. It is a faith based recovery program designed for those struggling with addiction. Join at any time.

Congratulations to Pastor Dale Norris who has accepted a new staff position at The Well Community Church, a rapidly growing multi-site
church in Fresno, California. Dale will be providing leadership to ministries at their different campuses. His last Sunday at Bethany will
