Welcome to Documents Viewer!

The most accurate viewer for MS Office documents Documents Viewer processes documents using our specially developed server-‐side application that makes possible to render complex MS Office documents on your mobile device without loosing any bit of data. Documents Viewer renders MS Office documents with all the details neglected by iOS. Using Documents Viewer you can preview office documents as they displayed on your desktop computer.

Documents Viewer Capabilities

Documents Viewer allows you to preview MS Office documents with original view, displaying documents as accurately as possible. Documents Viewer displays documents with:

-‐ complex text formatting, including font styles, text blocks and font spacing; -‐ tables formatting and tables with custom spacing’s; -‐ documents with styles; -‐ headers & footers; -‐ review notes; -‐ document’s watermarks; -‐ WordArt text formatting; -‐ And opens password-‐protected documents!

Get Free License

To process files Documents Viewer uses special server-‐side software. The application requires you to have license subscription. Since application installation it’s possible to get free license (evaluation). To get free license Documents & Data option of iCloud global setting should be turned on.

2. Launch the application preferences. 3. Choose Account panel, click Get Free License button.

Previewing Documents

Documents Viewer uses server-‐side software that pre-‐renders documents to be displayed on iPad. Tap a document icon, to open it.

You can use ordinary, built-‐in preview option using “Simple Preview” command. Simple Preview does not use server-‐side operations, processes document directly on a device. Full Preview displays documents with all the details, it requires network connection.

It is recommended to open documents that contain rich formatting with Full Preview.

Preview Password–protected Documents*

With Documents Viewer it is possible to open any password-‐protected document. To preview protected documents you should know the password, which was used to protect it. Some documents might even have 2 passwords, one to protect editing and other to protect viewing document. We solve both cases.

Just enter password when the app asks for it.

Cloud Storages

DropBox, Box and OneDrive (Microsoft’s ex SkyDrive) cloud storages are supported. Note that read-‐only access is implemented. Use File Manager panel at the application settings view to enable storages.

Print and Save to PDF*

Open your document, use Save to PDF command for saving document to Adobe PDF format. Use Print command to print document with AirPrint-‐compatible printers.

Use Single License on Multiple Devices

Have several iPads? You can use your single license (you should have bought it) with up to 5 your personal devices. Use Settings/Account/Sign up command to create account.

Once you are registered you can login your account with up to 5 devices to use your license.

Protect Application Access*

Setup password protection for application entry using Settings-‐>Passkey Lock command. Enable password-‐protection for application entry in Settings/Protection/Password Protection command. You should remember your password, as there is no way to restore it
