Mandated by the State since July 1, 2013 Based on developing a students Academic,
Career and Social/Emotional development from grades 6-12
The Student Success Plan (SSP) is an individualized student driven plan that will be developed to address every student’s needs and interests to help every student stay connected in school and to achieve postsecondary educational and career goals
The Student Success Plan supports structures such as student portfolios

ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITYAll ninth grade students are eligible for fallextracurricular activities. Beyond the transitionphase for freshmen, all students who wish toparticipate in extracurricular activities must meeteach of the following academic requirements:
1. Be enrolled in at least five (5) units of work during each marking period.
2. Have a passing previous quarter grade in at least five (5) units of work including all required courses.
3. Have no more than one (1) F, regardless of the number of courses taken.
