CORRECTIONS / MODIFICATION IN TOR FOR GEVRA OPENCAST PROJECT (41.00MTPA TO 45.00 MTPA)

Dear Sir,
In reference to the above stated subject matter, this is to inform you that the proposal of Gevra Opencast Coalmine from 41 MTPA to 45 MTPA in ML area of 4184.486 ha was considered by the 4th EAC on 30/31.01.2017.
In view of the above, Terms of Reference (ToR) was granted vide your letter no J-11015/85/2010.IA.II (M) dated28.02.2017. This is to bring to your kind notice that there is some typographic error in the ToR which needs to becorrected. The errors have been highlighted and the corrections given as Annexure-1 (with supporting documents).
You are requested to kindly issue the corrected/modified ToR
