The GECKO Token (GECKO) is a utility token that can be redeemed to access the existing GECKO Governance solution and suite of GECKO products and services.

Token Sale Issuers, Investors, and Developers can use GECKO tokens to access, utilize and provide input to the GECKO network. GECKO tokens allow value created in the system to be captured by the system itself.

Use the GECKO Token to directly utilise the systems entire functionality for their Token Sale projects and manage the end-to-end compliance and governance workflow. Token Issuers use GECKO Tokens to avail of partner services such as Rating Agencies, Technical Debugging and AML/KYC Providers within the GECKO system.

ISSUERS Free initial access to the system for all Token Sale projects. Post Token Sale Exchange listing, investors must use the GECKO token to pay for continued premium access. Investors will pay a GECKO fee for AML/KYC verification.

INVESTORS

Free access to the GECKO system on a permissioned basis, including a live audit trail of Token Sale compliance, project reporting and a real-time dashboard of compliance exceptions.

REGULATORSPay a GECKO fee to join the network and will get paid in GECKO Tokens. AML/KYC services can be provided to either the Investor and/or the Issuer.

LEGAL PROVIDERSEarn GECKO tokens by completing legal documentation and advisory work on the GECKO system. Token Sale projects will be able to use the GECKO token to pay Legal Providers.
