Summer semester 2016/2017
• Changes to LA
• Evaluation Sheet
• Transcript of Records
• Local Grading Scale
Changes to LA
Changes to LA are allowed if:
• Some classes happen to be at the same time
• Content of a course has changed
Changes must be agreed on with
the Coordinator at your Faculty of
the University of Lodz and finished
until 9 March 2017
Changes to LA
Changes to LA must be
made online at:
www.enrolment.uni.lodz.pl
A guide will be sent by e-mail.
REMEMBER TO PRINT THE
DOCUMENT AND HAVE IT SIGNED
BY THE FACULTY COORDINATOR!
Changes to LA
The document must be signed by your
Faculty Erasmus+/Mobility
Coordinator at UL and then delivered
to the Dean’s Office.
IMPORTANT: attending classes not
included in the LA – no grade.
Erasing the classes you did not pass –
impossible.
Evaluation sheet (ES)
ES is the list of your courses you participate in; it grounds
for the Transcript of Records (TR).
You receive the ES from the Dean’s Office, submit it to
each lecturer/professor after the whole set of courses or
after the exam (in June 2017), and later give it back to the
Dean’s Office.
Evaluation Sheet is a necessary document to issue
Transcript of Records (TR).
Transcript of Records (TR)
Issued by the Dean’s Office and then signed by
the Dean of the Faculty.
The TR is sent by post to your University so as
the course of your study is recognized.
Local grading scale:
5 (bdb) very good = ECTS equivalent is A
4+ (db+) better than good = B
4 (db) good = C
3+ (dst+) better than satisfactory = D
3 (dst) satisfactory = E
2 (ndst) unsatisfactory (fail) = FX, F
At the end of your stay in Łódź you will receive a survey from Erasmus+ programme.
Please read carefully questions so that you evaluate your mobility correctly.
We noticed that there has been some misunderstanding with the question about subjects and course catalogue. We would like to clarify it.
AFTER MOBILITY SURVEY (ERASMUS+ STUDENTS):
!
QUESTION 8.3 - WAS THE
RECEIVING INSTITUTION'S
COURSE CATALOGUE...
PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE OF THE
RECEIVING INSTITUTION?
COMPLETE?
UP TO DATE?
AVAILABLE IN TIME?
PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE OF THE RECEIVING
INSTITUTION?
IT’S ABOUT THE LIST OF COURSES ON ISO WEBSITE.
WE PUBLISHED IT AT:
QUESTION 8.3 - WAS THE
RECEIVING INSTITUTION'S
COURSE CATALOGUE...
PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE OF THE
RECEIVING INSTITUTION?
COMPLETE?
UP TO DATE?
AVAILABLE IN TIME?
WAS THE COURSE CATALOGUE COMPLETE?
(ALL NEEDED INFORMATION TO MAKE CHOICES WAS
AVAILABLE, INCLUDING LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION AND
GRADING DISTRIBUTION)
THIS REFERS TO THE COURSES YOU COULD FIND IN THE ONLINE
REGISTRATION AT WWW.ENROLMENT.UNI.LODZ.PL. BASICALLY,
THE QUESTION MEANS: COULD YOU FIND COURSES IN THE
ONLINE CATALOGUE? DID THE COURSES INCLUDE ECTS
INFORMATION? WE BELIEVE ALL OF THAT WAS IN THE SYSTEM.
QUESTION 8.3 - WAS THE
RECEIVING INSTITUTION'S
COURSE CATALOGUE...
PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE OF THE
RECEIVING INSTITUTION?
COMPLETE?
UP TO DATE?
AVAILABLE IN TIME?
WAS THE COURSE CATALOGUE UP TO DATE?
(THERE WERE NO CHANGES IN THE COURSES
YOU HAD CHOSEN DURING YOUR STAY)
THIS MEANS IF THERE WERE MANY COURSES THAT FINALLY DIDN’T
OPEN AS A UNIVERSITY FAULT (COURSES THAT DISAPPEARED DUE TO
LITTLE INTEREST OF STUDENTS). IT’S NOT ABOUT IF YOU MADE
CHANGES TO LA BECAUSE, FOR EXAMPLE, YOU DECIDED TO TAKE
OTHER COURSE OF INTEREST THAN IN YOUR INITIAL LA. IT MEANS
‘WERE THERE SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES IN THE COURSE OFFER
BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE TO LODZ AND AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL IN
THE UNIVERSITY?’
QUESTION 8.3 - WAS THE
RECEIVING INSTITUTION'S
COURSE CATALOGUE...
PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE OF THE
RECEIVING INSTITUTION?
COMPLETE?
UP TO DATE?
AVAILABLE IN TIME?
WAS THE COURSE CATALOGUE AVAILABLE IN
TIME TO PREPARE YOUR LA?
“IN TIME” REFERS TO THE DEADLINES SET AT THE UNIVERSITY OF
LODZ ONLY. IT ASKS IF YOU WERE ABLE TO PREPARE YOUR LA
BEFORE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FINISHED AT THE UNIVERSITY
OF LODZ. IT’S NOT ABOUT DEADLINES OF YOUR HOME UNIVERSITY
WHICH OFTEN VARY DUE TO CERTAIN REASONS. EACH RECEIVING
INSTITUTION SETS ITS OWN DEADLINES FOR INCOMING STUDENTS
TO PREPARE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR THE EXCHANGE PERIOD.
