STEPS TO SUCCESS

The Steps to Success are the three foundational steps to building your business and maximizing the earning potential of the It Works! Compensation Plan.*

STEP 1: JOIN THE PARTY

Become a Distributor when you purchase your Business Builder Kit.

• The Business Builder Kit has everything you need to start your It Works! business, including Blitz Cards, Product Catalogs, Party Pads, and products—Defining Gel™, Fab Wrap™, and the Ultimate Body Applicator™, aka That Crazy Wrap Thing™!**

• Qualify for commissions and bonuses when you accumulate 150 PBV OR set up your optional minimum 80 BV auto-shipment within your first 30 days.

STEP 2: WRAP REWARDS+

Once you join the party, the next step is to earn 2 Wrap Rewards when you enroll 4 Qualified Active Loyal Customers within your first 30 days as a Distributor.

• For every 2 Loyal Customers you enroll, you will receive a Wrap Reward. The reward may be used to purchase wraps at a discounted rate. (Wrap Reward value varies by country.)

• Besides earning Wrap Rewards, completing Step 2 within your first 30 days also qualifies you for:

STEP 3: GO RUBY

Go Ruby in your first full two calendar months and you’re eligible for the $500 Ruby Bonus.

• How do you Go Ruby? You need to be commission qualified and you need to gather 3 Qualified Distributors in your first two calendar months.

o Two need to become Qualified Legs (commission qualified Distributors with a total of 400 BV) o One needs to also become Executive (a Distributor who is commission qualified and has two

qualified legs of their own)

• Working with Your New Distributors

o After you enroll a Distributor, it is essential to follow up with them and help them schedule their first Wrap Party.

o Encourage them to use It Works! U and this Guidebook for reference and support. o If you do not know an answer to their questions, refer them to the FAQs available in the eSuite

Document Library. o Remind new Distributors to “be a product of the product.” o Use the Wrap and take pictures over that 72 hour period. This helps build their testimony.

• Encourage your three Distributors to Go Ruby in their first two calendar months so they can get their Ruby Bonus!

• Being Successful as a Distributor

o After completing your Steps to Success, complete them again! Duplication is key to your success. o Take advantage of the Wrap Rewards, Fast Start Bonus, and Distributor Rebate Credit. These

Distributor benefits are designed to help you be successful as soon as you enroll, so be sure you qualify for them within your first 30 days!

• Share Your Excitement

o Set a goal of 8 -10 guests at your first party. o Engage your attendees through your Facebook event page. o If you have their personal contact information, send email and/or text message telling them

where the party will be held, when, and why they should come. Include the price of the wrap. o If your guests have questions pre-party, be sure to ease their fears. Use the Ultimate Body

• Party Set-Up: Welcome Station

o Be sure your money jar, sign-in sheets, before and after photographs, pricing for the Ultimate Body Applicator™ and Facial™, Product Catalogs, and The Wrap Magazine are all placed at your Welcome Station.

• Party Set-Up: Wrap Station

o Choose a designated “wrap person”—this is typically your upline. o Place additional before and after photographs around the Wrap Station.

• Party Presentation: Product Demonstration

o Advanced Formula Fat Fighter™: Pre-crush two Fat Fighter tablets. Pour a few cap-sized servings of cooking oil into tap water in a clear glass/cup. This mimics your stomach. Sprinkle the Fat Fighter on top of the glass and watch the Fat Fighter pull the fat to the bottom and absorb the excess fat.

o Sit with each individual and ask them how they would like to purchase the product and give them the options: Retail, Loyal Customer, or Distributor.

•Congratulations on Your First Party

o You finished your first Wrap Party and now you’re on your way to great success!

•Post Party: Time to Follow Up

o Following up with your party guests is just as important as the initial invite, maybe even more so.

o Stay in contact with any new Loyal Customers and Distributors who enrolled at your party. o Follow your Loyal Customers’ results with the products. o Get your new Distributors plugged in to It Works! Corporate. o Stay in contact with anyone who didn’t enroll; they’re still a prospect!

• Scheduling Your Next Party

o Pick a date and set up your next Wrap Party. Contact prospects who did not attend your first party (or anyone who didn’t enroll after your first one) and let them know when you’ll be having your next Wrap Party.
