Theory of Knowledge (ToK)Looks at our ways of knowing about language, reason, emotion and perception. It is a more abstract approach to learning and knowledge.
It emphasizes reflection and self-awareness.
“It encourages you to think about the nature of knowledge and to reflect on the process of learning in all areas of the diploma program” (IBO).
