- Northside is bordered by the St. Johns River, I-10 and the Atlantic Ocean.

- Arlington is bordered by the St. Johns river on its north and west side and by Atlantic Blvd on the south.

- Southside is bordered by the St. Johns River, Atlantic Blvd & The Intracoastal Waterway and includes Mandarin which is the area south of Sunbeam Rd.

- Westside consists of everything west of the St. Johns River and south of I-10.

- Beaches are everything east of the Intracoastal Waterway.
