Important Notes
• Parking at Udvar Hazy is $15 per car. The first 20 minutes is free. Payment needs to be
made at the automated teller inside the museum, there was no way to do a bulk
purchase for parking
• The Skyline drive charges $30 per car. This is charged by the National Park Service and
there was no way to pre-pay it or purchase it in bulk. If you have an America the
Beautiful Pass, this will cover your entrance so be sure to bring it. Details here:
https://www.nps.gov/planyourvisit/passes.htm?fbclid=IwAR0zUNbYqzosRwxia4QODoM
GDzm5p2iEyJFnQ1FABzpQEg9esucnbTP6l2s
• The speed limit on the Skyline Drive is 35MPH and we advise you to observe that as the
roadway is filled with cyclists, pedestrians, wildlife and most importantly very slow-
moving traffic. Be safe and drive wisely.
• There is often a lot of traffic in the DC area and it may take longer to get from point A to
point B than you are used to, so plan extra time.
• If you are participating in Saturday’s Concourse DO NOT REFUEL your car before getting
back from the Skyline Drive. Vehicles need to have no more than a ¼ tank of gas while
parked inside the Convention Center. There is a gas station just outside of the Gaylord
where you can refuel.
The Skyline Drive cruise is an optional activity. It is a slow scenic drive with lots of great
opportunities to stop and take photos and is one of the most iconic roadways in the United
States. If you prefer to plan a different destination that better suits you or your group’s needs,
we encourage you to do so as there is a LOT to do and see in the Shenandoah valley. Simply
be mindful of the time and law enforcement while you are enjoying your day.
If you want to participate in the Indoor Concourse, please read all relevant rules and
make sure you only have a ¼ tank of gas in your car.

Concourse Rules
This year’s concourse will be held indoors. To get to the event, exit the parking garage from
the rear exit and continue along the service road to the back of the Gaylord. Before reaching
the round-a-bout take a right turn and proceed to the loading ramp. This ramp will take you
directly in to Exhibit Hall E and is of a gentle enough slope that vehicles should not have
clearance problems. Exiting the event will be a similar situation in reverse.
IMPORTANT RULES o All vehicles must have no more then 1/4 tank of gas reading on the fuel gauge. We
recommend NOT filling up after Friday’s drive.
o All vehicles will have to disconnect their battery (we will have a few 10mm wrenches,
but best to come prepared)
o All vehicles will need a piece of masking tape on their gas cap inside the fuel door. We
will provide masking tape.
We appreciate everyone complying with these rules implemented by the Fire Marshal. There
is a strong likelihood of the Fire Marshal coming in for an inspection.
Schedule o 6:30AM – 8:30AM: Concourse participant load in
o 9AM – 2PM: Concourse Judging
o 2:30PM – 4:30PM: Concourse participant load out
o Concourse vehicles must remain in the Hall until 2:30 PM.
Judging Concourse judging will be broken down into several sub classes to give everyone a chance to
compete with other equivalent NSX’s. Since it is an indoor show, we’re really looking forward
to seeing how showroom clean you get your NSX. Is your car mint OEM, mildly modified with
subtle personalization, extremely modified with a huge modification list?
We have a class for you!
o OEM NSX 91-96: 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place
o OEM NSX 97-05: 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place
o OEM Second Gen: 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place
o Mild modified NSX: 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place
o Wild modified NSX: 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place
o Furthest traveled
o Highest miles Second Gen
o Highest miles First Gen
o Lowest miles First Gen
o Best of show OEM NSX First Gen
o Best of show Modified NSX
o Best of show Second Gen NSX
This concourse is a competition, but also about talking NSX with fellow owners. Everyone in
attendance is a winner already just by having an NSX. We will have several qualified volunteer
judges and possibly a guest judge or two!
Awards will be presented at the Banquet Dinner on Saturday Evening.
