Congratulations, Mia Fratto• Mia has received a full
scholarship to be a member of the Pennsylvania Governor’s School for Engineering and Technology at Lehigh University.
• She was one of 50 students accepted from the entire state of Pennsylvania. She will be there for 2 weeks this summer under the instruction of Lehigh professors
• Schenley Gardens volunteering this Thursday after school.
• We will be doing crafts with the residents. • Sign up on campus ministry board.
The Oakland Catholic Track and Field Team had a great day yesterday at the WPIAL Qualifiers.

• Taylor McCorkle has been named " Athlete of the Week" by the Pittsburgh Tribune.
• Taylor had been named MVP at both the South Fayette Invitational and the
• Pine-Richland Invitational last week. • Her accomplishments will appear in the Trib
either today or tomorrow. • Congratulations Taylor, it's a great honor for
you and Oakland Catholic.

• The Freshman class Mass is today during 8th and 9th periods. Students will go to 8th period class.
• After attendance all come down to the chapel together. When Mass is over, students will go to 9th period class.
• Like to be on Student Council next year?• • Attend a meeting after school this Wednesday
in the Lecture Hall to get the forms to run for senator or class office! All students can run for council next year!
• Attention all students: Advanced Placement exams are being administered in the Lecture Hall. The hallway and bathrooms outside of the lecture hall will be closed from 7:45 to 11:30. If your locker is located in this area, please collect all belongings necessary through 3rd period before you report to homeroom. Only students with a locker in this area will be allowed into the hallway at the beginning of 4th period to switch books and get lunch if necessary. The hallway will be open to all students after 11:30.
