How Do I Redeem My Points?

Placing an order through your Mondelez International Online Loyalty account is fast, easy and secure. You will instantly receive email con�rmation of your order placed so you know your order has been received and your rewards are on the way.

In order to place your order:

• Login to www.deliciousdisplay.co.uk and click on the Loyalty scheme tab.

• Browse the rewards on offer through the Rewards page.

• Once chosen, click on the gift you want to order.

• Select how many points you want to spend on that gift and click ‘Add to Basket’.

• You can continue shopping if you want to order various gifts; all your chosen gifts will remain in your basket to order. • Once you are happy with your selection, click ‘Proceed to checkout’ to place the order.

• As soon as your order has been placed, you will see an order reference number on your screen con�rming receipt of your order.

• You will also receive an email from us con�rming the same.

• We aim to deliver your items within 7 working days of placing your order unless there is an extended delivery time noted on the website.

1. To become a member of and participate in the Mondelēz UK Loyalty Scheme (the “Scheme”), you must be invited to join the scheme by a Mondelēz UK representative and register an online Loyalty scheme account.

2. In order to be issued with points under the Scheme, you must meet the criteria set out in the rewards brochure. These terms and conditions for membership and redemption of points should read in conjunction with the Scheme criteria which are incorporated by reference into this document.

3. You cannot join or remain on the scheme if you are being rewarded by Mondelēz UK in any other way.

4. Should a member’s Scheme membership be revoked or lapse for any reason excluding acts of fraud, dishonesty or negligence, any outstanding claim must be made by the member within 3 months of his or her membership ending. If a member’s scheme membership is revoked or lapsed for reasons including fraud, dishonesty or negligence, Mondelēz UK reserves the right to refuse to honour any outstanding claim by the member.

5. Failure to meet the entry criteria for 3 consecutive visits will result in removal from the scheme.

6. Points are personal to the member to whom they are issued and cannot be transferred to a third party. Only the named member can claim rewards for points issued, and by participating in the scheme they agree that they are the store owner, or have permission of the store owner to be a member of the Scheme. Mondelēz UK accepts no liability for membership by staff members who do not have the permission of the owner of the store.

7. Scheme membership requires an account to be registered on the online Loyalty scheme platform. Only members who are registered with the online loyalty platform can redeem their points using the online system for the goods and services advertised. An exception is made for retailers who joined the scheme prior to June 2014 and have chosen to not register an online account. In this case the Scheme member will be sent vouchers once a year to the value of the points that he or she has earned that year, rounded down to the nearest £10. Any points remaining will be held in the system and used as a starting balance for the next set of vouchers sent.

8. Individual points may not be redeemed more than one time. After membership ends, points must be redeemed within 3 months.

9. All stamped paper points expired on 30th October 2015 and Mondelēz UK reserves the right to refuse any claim to these points by a Scheme member.

10. Mondelēz UK reserves the right to investigate any claims for points which it feels may be invalid, including any points exceeding our records.

11. By joining the Scheme you agree to be bound by the criteria for the Scheme and by applying to redeem points you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. All members must make their Mondelēz UK Loyalty folder accessible to any Mondelēz UK representative when he/she visits to enable them to award points and/or audit. The folder remains property of Mondelēz UK, is con�dential and should not be shown or given to third parties.

13. Mondelēz UK reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions and the Scheme conditions and criteria at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to members by their Mondelēz UK representative, via email or letter. Mondelēz UK also reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Scheme in whole or in part at any time without notice; or in the case of abuse, to cancel membership of the scheme of any member and to recover the cost of any gift(s) awarded.

14. If a representative of Mondelēz UK does not visit a member for a period of 3 months, Mondelēz UK reserves the right to award points for that period providing the Scheme criteria has been met. Points will be awarded at the discretion of Mondelēz UK based on the information held internally.

15. Any bene�ts received may render recipients liable for tax which is the responsibility of the recipient of the reward.

16. All rewards are subject to availability. Should product speci�cations change or products become unavailable, Mondelēz UK shall use its reasonable endeavours to offer a suitable alternative or the option of redeeming points against another reward. Rewards may therefore vary slightly from images and descriptions listed, and though the descriptions on the online Loyalty platform are, to the best of Mondelēz UK’s knowledge, correct Mondelēz UK makes no warranties to the accuracy of descriptions.

17. Gifts shall, insofar as is possible, be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of claim. However, Mondelēz UK accepts no responsibility for any delay in dispatch or delivery meeting the intended timeframe.

18. All gifts are dispatched on Mondelēz UK’s behalf by third party distributors. By submitting a points claim, the member consents to its personal data being transferred to third parties for the purposes of administering the claim and dispatch of gifts. Mondelēz UK may use membership details for research and feedback purposes and may pass details to a third party for mailing of special offers, samples and information relating to Mondelēz UK products.

19. Acceptance of a claim takes place on dispatch of reward(s), unless the claim is found to be invalid or in breach of the terms and conditions, or the Scheme criteria, whether discovered before or after dispatch. Risk passes on delivery of rewards to the member. Title passes on delivery of rewards to the member, subject to their claim being valid. In the event that discovery of breach or invalidity is after dispatch, Mondelēz UK reserves the right to require the gift(s) claimed to be returned to it.

20. There is no cash alternative to points awarded under the scheme.

21. Cost of delivery of gifts and VAT payable is included where applicable within the value of those items.

22. All gifts are redeemable from and can only be sent to UK addresses (for the avoidance of doubt this includes Northern Ireland)

23. All gifts are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes vouchers where the expiry date has passed.

24. Points will expire 24 months after the date of issue. Any points not redeemed within this timeframe will be forfeit.

25. If an account is inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months it will be closed and the member will have 3 months to redeem all outstanding points on the account. For the avoidance of doubt activity includes points issued to the account, points redeemed or a gift order placed.

26. Points are calculated based on the products visible to our representative on entry to your store

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Insofar as is permissible by law, Mondelēz UK excludes liability for loss or damages arising from or relating to the gifts or points and the Scheme.

This does not affect statutory rights and does not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
