Commercial Membership
If you sell commercial properties as your primary or secondary specialization, then you would
benefit from becoming a RE/MAX Commercial member. Commercial membership is restricted
to those agents whose profile has a specialization of Commercial or Commercial/Residential.
To be eligible to select a primary specialization of ‘Commercial’ or ‘Commercial/Residential’ you
must have completed one of the following items:
1. CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment Member
2. SIOR – Society of Industrial & Office Realtor
3. CPM – Certified Property Manager
4. ALC – Accredited Land Consultant
5. Negotiated over $10 million in closed commercial transactions involving investment
analysis
6. Completed the CCIM intro and CI 101 courses and working with a mentor
7. Completed the Accredited Commercial Professional (ACP) certification and working with
a mentor
Simply go to Max Center https://www.maxcntr.com/apps, click on My Account and change your
specialization to Commercial or Commercial/Residential. This may also be accomplished
through your personal profile on Mainstreet.
Note: Only RE/MAX Commercial Members receive commercial leads.
