Tennessee American Water is a regulated utility under the jurisdiction of the Tennessee Public Utility Commission (TPUC). The TPUC is the government body that regulates public utility companies, including both the rates they charge and the services they perform. An advocate of neither the public nor the utilities, TPUC is required by state statute to make decisions that balance the interests of all parties to ensure the utilities provide adequate, efficient, reliable, environmentally safe and least-cost service. Automatic Payment: With Auto Pay, your bill will be paid on time, every time, directly from your checking or savings account.

Pay Online: Visit amwater.com/billpay. Be sure to have your 16-digit account number handy. (NOTE: $1.95 per transaction for e-check, credit card and debit card payments from our payment partner, Paymentus).

Pay by Mail: Use the envelope provided with your bill and send your payment with the payment stub to: Tennessee American Water, P.O. Box 6029, Carol Stream, IL 60197-6029. No cash, staples or paper clips, please.

Pay by Phone: If you do not have questions about your bill, you can call 1-855-748-6066 to pay by phone using your Visa or MasterCard. Be sure to have your account number handy. (NOTE: $1.95 per transaction for e-check, credit card and debit card payments from our payment partner, Paymentus).

Pay In Person: Please visit tennesseeamwater.com and click on Customer Service & Billing to search by zip code of authorized in-person payment locations, such as the Walmart in Kimball. No extra fees.
